Stay away from this business ! The start date of our vehicle was dropped off on May 1, 2023. Our vehicle was finally completed on August 2, 2023. We had nothing but problems and excuses from the estimator. Allen Kasic. Great body shop.
The people that do the bodywork do a great job. But this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever come across.. As of now, they’ve had my car for 11 days to fix a very simple indentation on my rear bumper. They were paid upfront for this repair by an insurance company.. I have left multiple messages during this time just asking for an update, but have never gotten a call back, not one. Not sure if or when I’ll ever get my car back but my advice is to avoid this place like a bad rash.
