When the Daytona Auto Mall opened in November 2001, the goal was clear. One site, offering as many brands as possible. This helped reduce costs to the dealerships, which in turn reduced prices for our customers. It was a win-win. The only time that they had ever called me with an update was when my car initially got down there other than that I had tried to call and I never got an update on my car.
