03/13/2026 NEVER AGAIN. I showed up at 08:11am to pickup a load, they had me waiting for more than 3 hours before they got me a door. The loading took one hour ½ This trip is a short run but it wiped out my day. If scheduled at truck to a load the shipment should be ready when the Carrier gets here. There's water outside of the dock door where your trailer axle is located.
Unloading was ok but they need to understand how much space a semi truck with 53 feet trailer needs to back into a dock. They do not have enough space to back into the docks and on top of that they have alot of stuff sitting in the parking lot that add more difficulty to maneuver.
Had pick up here. Great company. Friendly people. Fast loading . Tight place for entry dock
People are fantastic just not enough room for our truck rain made everything harder did not want get stuck had to cancel
Terrible company producing parts with no care for quality or knowledge of how to actually make a good part. Edit to their shameful reply: The claim that I "wasn't aligned with NCT's expectations" is perplexing, especially given the circumstances surrounding my brief tenure. I was hired to address a critical quality issue that had put the company on hold with its largest customer.
