I am changing my opinion from 3 stars to 5 because of the new vet that is now at the clinic. I took my boy back to get the physical that I had paid for but he didn't receive. I opted to see the new vet as Dr Carter was already afraid of my pup and said I would have to muzzle him to be examined. I must say the new vet is wonderful! She was very patient with my boy who is nervous around new people. She gave him a thorough exam.
