I've used this vet for so many years, and had no issues or complaints, but one, when bringing an sick animal in, please dont ask an client how much money they are willing to put into saving that pets life, that pet is there family, compassion always come first, offer payment plans, if you dont, pets are very important to folks, and this why a lot of folks dont use vets, because they cannot afford to, but other than that, I think this place is an amazing place, Dr. Carter is awesome, and the man vet before him, I dearly loved... read more
Please think twice before going to this office. Had a horrible experience yesterday with having to make the hard decision to euthanize my dog. What should have been an easy peaceful experience turned out to be a nightmare. I was robbed of being able to be with my dog as she was being put down because they ended up heavily sedating her and after several attempts couldn’t get the medication in her veins, they finally had to take her to the back and away from me and my husband when our dog needed us the most. Staff and Doctors are always very kind and helpful. Flexible with scheduling. Compassionate and affordable care. Definitely a wonderful group of people!
Great to work with. The staff are friendly. My dogs and cats have received great care at the Dayton Animal Clinic. I currently take my dog to them and feel he is in good hands.
