Just stopped in first time ever for a part and was welcomed like a long time customer. Pleased to find out that they will do maintenance work on my existing trailers. They have a nice clean shop and a variety of closed and open trailers in inventory. Location is a bit tucked off the road so use your Google maps to get there. Very convenient to Sanford and Alfred.
Today I purchased a 6 by 10 utility trailer and normally during any purchase I start to have buyers remorse, but today being treated like family there was no remorse just a feeling of yes,I was doing the right thing with right people, Would I recommend John and JoAnn,with no hesitation absolutely.
