I've never seen the place so dirty. It even feels dirty. Garbage blowing around the front of the store, and gathering at the sides, do the customers clean their cars out in the parking lots or something? The inside of the store has dirty display areas, dried blood, expired meats, bubbled up packages that were formerly shrink-wrapped. The Red and White is not what it used to be. Unfortunately, the overall quality has declined significantly. I have frequently noticed meat products appearing oxidized while still in their packaging, which is concerning. I also understand that a best-before date is an indication of product quality rather than an expiration date and that items can still be safe to consume beyond that date.
