Hi , I was trying to get back on the pip program here in Dayton,Oh & i have to renew it every year,so i didn't get my appointment in time,& it takes forever to get one here in Dayton,they shut my electric off for $75 dollars,i told them i was on the pip program for low income family's & that i have been struggling,my mom & 2 small kids were very ill,coughing really bad & double ear infections my 6 year old & 2 year old had & my mom is a dialysis patient with heart & kidney failure,& she is in the Hospital now with an ammoni... read more
Horrible customer service. They are the only power company in town and the TRY to act like it. And this they do a good job of. Nothing else. We are just now moving to Dayton and if the rest of the town is like this place we will not last long. What horrible customer service! I think they are actually very bad people. Must be a requirement to work there.
