This review is mixed, I have been a patient at the Englewood office for quite a few years. Today I show up for my 6 month appointment after driving 20 mins to be turned away. It seems even if in my case you have private pay insurance, medicare insurance, then acquire certain medicaid insurance as you third insurance, the office will not see you. To whom it May Concern. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the care my father received from the Urology Department over the course time on or about the years of 2022-2025. I always expressed concern about what appears to have been negligence related to the insertion and management of his catheter from the Dayton Urology team, especially from the nurses, through emails that I now longer have access. Horrible experience. Tina the manager, should step away along with the president David. Please be aware of this urology office. More attention is needed to be brought out on this office. All the negative experiences are similar. Very sketchy practices and policies. Filing complaint. UPDDATE: I am responding to the email and comment. It wasn't to inform your the Urology team. Please, if you care about your loved one, stay far away from this organization. I’m grateful my dad is now under different care because we discovered that the MHV Urology and hospital staff had been inserting his catheter incorrectly, causing nearly two years of monthly infections with every change. We eventually learned, from his new doctor, that the Foley bag had been positioned inside his penis instead of his bladder. My experience with DP Urology has been great. Erica Stanley is always attentive, asks me questions, and helps with medication prior authorizations expeditiously when needed. 5/5 would recommend.
