Horrible experience. Tina the manager, should step away along with the president David. Please be aware of this urology office. More attention is needed to be brought out on this office. Please, if you care about your loved one, stay far away from this organization. I’m grateful my dad is now under different care because we discovered that the MHV Urology and hospital staff had been inserting his catheter incorrectly, causing nearly two years of monthly infections with every change. We eventually learned, from his new doctor, that the Foley bag had been positioned inside his penis instead of his bladder. My experience with DP Urology has been great. Erica Stanley is always attentive, asks me questions, and helps with medication prior authorizations expeditiously when needed. 5/5 would recommend.
Very slow with scheduling! Poor customer service!
