Sure the wait was long, but it was because Dr. Key takes his time with each patient, and listens to what they have to say. The staff was kind and courteous to help with a sample when I needed it most. I felt heard, thoroughly evaluated, and understood. He explained things clearly, and didn't judge me when I told him I had to up my water, because my whole life I'll drink one glass of coffee a day, and that's it. Had a male vasectomy performed in June of 2020. Very minimal wait time, very helpful receptionist, and Dr.Key himself was amazing as he made feel comfortable throughout the ENTIRE procedure which I honestly thought would be impossible beforehand!
I saw Dr. Key at Miami Valley South. Actually, I didn't see him. He kept me waiting an hour and a half passed my scheduled appointment time, and the only appearance he made was when he popped in to threaten to not serve me because he thought I was being rude as I read my audio book and waited. The only interaction I had with this man during the entire hour and a half of waiting was when he threatened me. What?!? Dr Key is the consummate professional. Worked me through my PSA spike, referred me to surgeons and oncologist to treat my prostate cancer. (Radiation) The Patient Portal was great for the first 2 years. Then no updates on PSA testing. The Dr is fantastic, the portal sucks.
