Bill the owner went beyond expectations trying to help me with something small. He did the research and called me back quickly on a small project i had. The part i was needing is not a common part and almost impossible to get bc there are no adapters made for what i needed even though you think there would be. He found a solution but it be more logical to not go through the trouble to make it and import it from Russia. but he was still very knowledgeable at his work and very helpful which can be hard to get from some people.... read more
