Great outfit. They have always helped explain and find the type of fastener that we needed. Our company has bought numerous times from these great folks and even when they didn't have an item in stock they either ordered(next day) or took the time to point us in a direction to find a screw even if it was from a competitor. The one star reviews left here are nothing but from a selfish unrealistic consumer. This is a go to for screw, nuts and fasteners if you are a company.
