Very poor and unprofessional when it comes to communication when YOU as the customer are having an issue. However, they suddenly become very responsive when they are having issues on their end. Attempted to contact me via Cashapp when they have my actual contact information. Initially, I did recommend them, however, I would now recommend going elsewhere if you're wanting someone who is professional and actual has some type of customer service.
