Dr Ambrose kept every patient in his waiting room waiting 2 hours past their appointment time. His nurse told me that this is just how he works. Then he never completed the treatment orders, which was just forwarding orders on to medical supplier. THEN they billed Anthem $490, who paid them $320, then they billed me $170 for NEVER completing my care. BEWARE, BE FOREWARNED!
This office is busy but good. The company Lincare that they refer you to is a nightmare. They billed me before knowing what my insurance was paying. Now they’re trying to take $72 out of my account that we never authorized. Do yourselves a favor and look at the reviews of Lincare. This office needs to find a different company to work with. Lincare is either incompetent or crooks.
Like Dr Quadri, office needs to be better at returning calls.
