Best experience ever
Our room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. We were steps to the beach. We had access to multiple pools. They upgraded our room when we got there and we didn't even ask they just upgraded it. The check in staff was so kind and gave us alot of info since we had never been to Myrtle Beach before. The check out staff just as kind. Would definitely stay here again.
Parking is very limited....breakfast is so so....housekeeping is lazy...not a resort by any means
The hotel did not look like it did in the photos when we booked. It is very run down with several safety concerns. There is a broken plexiglass window hanging above one of the pools, the dishes were dirty in the cabinets, grout is falling out of the cracks of the shower, the sliding door didn't lock properly, there were stains all over the bed skirts and carpet. We had a 2-day reservation and checked out early. We just ate the cost on the second day because the conditions of the hotel were that bad. There's a broken glass window above the pool on the North Tower. As we were checking out the manager said well it's plexiglass. That's great. It's still a broken window hanging over the pool. We pulled out the dishes in the kitchenette and they still had food on them and the lock on the balcony door was not working properly. Their response was well we can fix all those things.
