Dayton Home Improvement does exceptional work. They have done windows, siding and porch covers for us. Each job was done well and at a reasonable price. His team also did problem solving on some roofing and gutter problems we were experiencing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have always been satisfied with the work from Dayton Home Improvement. He gets the job done right the first time. I don't have to call him back for anything. They have done my front door, the porch roof, my house roof, the gutters and downspouts. Always done well. Better to have someone you can trust to get the job done right.

Mike this is mike. There is a huge discontinued roof market going on right now and I hope you are helping as many Daytonians as your company can handle. The products are atlas chalet and CertainTeed horizon. If anyone in this area feels they have a discontinued product they should call mike sikora today for a diagnosis. Dayton Home Improvement is the type of business everyone hopes to deal with. Mike went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted. His staff, especially Doug and Jake were outstanding workers who arrived, when they said they would, were courteous, did a fantastic job and Jake even helped me catch my loose dog. Mike is the kind of person that you immediately feel comfortable with. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and my tendency to over analyze. But he gave me very helpful hints on past experience and previous jobs. I think I changed my mind 3 times before finally settling on something. I called Mike Sikora for an estimate on installing vinyl siding on my garage. He was out the next day, & left information regarding his company, including the fact that they are certified vinyl siding installers. I went to his showroom & Mike explained the installation process to me. I chose the color & type of siding I wanted. I left with a written estimate of the cost & how long the job would take. I'm extremely glad that i choose Mike Sikora's Dayton Home Improvements. They were very helpful and knowledgable about the whole process. After my claim to the insurance company i was relieved to know that they basically handled everything from that point. My new awning looks amazing and i couldn't be happier. I'll recommend DMI to anyone i know. If your looking for home repairs i encourage you to call them first.
