Quick AC install, no issues.
Efficient dismantlement of old A/C system.
Their technician managed to identify the refrigerant leak much faster than a previous company, although scheduling the follow-up visit for repairs took longer than I would have preferred.
After receiving a vague and costly quote from another service, this technician thoroughly explained the condition of my A/C and completed the maintenance within two hours, which saved me time and money. Having now experienced both services, I appreciate their transparency and efficiency in comparison.
I expected them to identify and fix the A/C issue efficiently, which they did by replacing a faulty capacitor within an hour. They also explained the problem in detail, which I appreciated as it hadn't been communicated clearly by the previous technician who visited.
