Dayton Gastro checks all the boxes: easy scheduling, thorough communication, take you back on time, treat you with care and concern, and staff expertise, experience and competency from everyone you interact with most especially Dr Lisa Stone, in my case. I am grateful for how Dayton Gastro conducts itself as a care provider and choosing high quality Dr’s, nurses, anesthetists, clerical staff, etc…
The staff were very courteous from the time that I checked in and from the time I checked out. They answered all of my questions and provided print outs for me to read with instructions on what I'm suppose to do for my next appointment. This was my first personal visit with Dr. Lisa Stone and she was worth the wait. I don't mean the office visit was long, but when I scheduled my initial appointment it took some weeks, but I was on a cancelation which they did call me once to change my date to get in the office sooner. Staff is very caring and helpful at this facility. Great people.
From the minute I walked in until the minute I left it was a pleasant experience. The check in staff was prompt and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The nurse and PA were incredibly caring and attentive. I have full confidence that my issue will either be resolved or managed at the very least.
