Ordered a parcel with 3 boxes. 390 lbs total. The night before the delivery, they were superb and asked if I could handle this weight myself. Knowing each box was between 90 and 150 lbs…I said yes. Driver shows up with one 90 lb box. Scratches his head and says “There were supposed to be 2 more.” He signs the slip indicting as such. Fast forward 1.5 months and still no other boxes or remuneration. I paid $250 for them to ship a $900 item…. Pretty miffed to say the least.
