I just went there to leave something, but if you're a visitor, they only have one spot in their parking area for visitors and closer to their main entrance. Any other info related to them is unknown for me.
I am the shipper of a LTL delivery. My customer's commercial address wasn't conducive for the 18 wheeler that was carrying his pallet. The ladies in the Louisville location were extremely helpful and friendly despite the fact the office was short staffed. Danielle and team were working 2 phone lines and gave me all of their attention to get the issue resolved. I felt like a valued customer !
Was driving on Cane Run and trailer 718389 through ice and snow off the trailer and on my vehicle and no I was not tailgating. Called the company and the receptionist left me on hold forever hoping I would just hang up. Even told them had pics of the incident.
This is a big and busy terminal. The workers are very polite.
