Was given a window between one and five for a piece of equipment to be dropped off. Driver never showed and never called so I finally had to call at 5 PM only to hear someone there tell me that they weren’t gonna make it today… Crappy customer service, use somebody else if possible.

I received a call on the 17th that they would deliver a piece of equipment on the 18th as scheduled, between 1 and 4 and was told that the driver would call me 30 minutes before he arrives. I went to the location to get the equipment inside on the 18th at 1, finally called the terminal at 3:50 to see what happened to the shipment and was told they decided not to run that route due to weather. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a couple of pallets shipped through them since YRC is no more. Good prices for LTL shipping. I will use them for my shipping needs.
