My package was damaged on delivery. Parts were cracked & dented, but it doesn't look like any parts were missing. Because the item is something I need and the damage was fairly minor I will not return it. Just upsetting that these things happen and it's "nobody's" fault. I just want "nobody" to compensate me for a new air filter cover (never gonna happen). BTW the generator runs just fine, and I'm happy about that. Update: I left a five star review for Dayton three years back, and am unfortunately having to update it now and drop them down with the Wards and Centrals of the trucking world. My old review mentioned them being a bit pricier than other options but worth paying for because of their reliability and consistency. That has disappeared over the past six months, our last two shipments with them were two and four days late respectively, and the last three pickups before those were all picked up a day late. Declan at the Gahanna branch helped us out of a bad situation today. It was very MUCH APPRECIATED!! Love working with companies where customer service is still a priority. Highly Recommend!!
Horrible recruitment team. You won't hear anything back from them and no one picks up the phone when you call. I had an interview that went very well only for radio silence the following WEEKS. Unacceptable, do better.
