I had a very frustrating experience with Dayton Freight due to a complete lack of communication and disregard for my time. My delivery was originally scheduled for Tuesday between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, so I adjusted my work schedule to be home. When it didn’t arrive and I received no notification of any changes, I called the office, only to be told that my package wasn’t even scheduled for delivery in my town that day.
