Vegan feta avocado toast was good! smoothie a little too sugary though
Of all the smoothie and health food locations in Dayton, DFL the healthiest and freshest options. Everything is made in house, including the granola, and there are so many delicious options. Moreover, the owner herself makes everything by hand, and service there is impeccable. This is definitely an A+ little restaurant!
Good fresh food served fast! Delicious teas and energy drinks as well!
I love their acai bowls with all of the fresh and house made ingredients but I love love love their salmon avocado toast. It’s seriously the best avocado toast I’ve ever had. The owner is so nice and quick too! I can’t recommend this local place more. They also sell coffee and energy drinks/tea of all kinds!
Seriously best plant based shake I ever had. The cookies and cream does not disappoint. I will be back soon! They have non plant based options as well.
