Your installation employee, Adam Alonso, was thorough, fast and precise in the installation of our new fireplace system. He made sure we were aware of next steps for burning off residual chemicals before operating the system as a vent-free fireplace. We are enjoying the warmth and ambience of the fire and the added convenience of the remote control is icing on the cake! Thank you all!

With never having maintenance on our gas fireplace in the 10 years we’ve lived here, we figured it was time. We were grateful to Dayton Fireplace, and specifically CJ, for being prompt in our appointment time, and taking care of the regular maintenance we needed. Thankfully, there were no issues except lots of dust, which CJ took care of. He explained how to easily remove the glass from the fireplace, which had previously been a chore for us.
