Service to date has been excellent for our gas log fire insert, but there were unfortunately some “supply chain issues” with the ceramic logs for our model that have placed our final installation on temporary hold. Expect to have a great (5 of 5) experience after final installation and we begin to use the product.
We visited the showroom in August and again in September. Brandon was our point of contact and he was good to work with. Chuck, their technical expert and estimator came out in October. He was extremely helpful. When I went back to finalize to order I was given some incorrect information as to how to dress out the walls for the preparation of the unit for installation.
