When we found out we were pregnant, one of the first things I wanted to look into was getting a doula. I heard from a few people it is a MUST and "you won't regret it". I then ask these same people what a doula does. Each was about the same, but actually seemed hard to describe for them. They are there for you, emotionally and physically. Jen was such an amazing doula. She was always available to talk or text when I had a question. She was supportive and non judgemental. She held a hot compress on my back so my husband was able to hold my hand during contractions. It made a world of difference! She helped get all the things I wanted in place and was able to give my husband a break so he could finally eat. I would recommend her and Dayton Doulas to anyone looking for a doula.

Very professional but homey experience working with Dayton Doulas. We are so thankful for Jen... My husband says he would panicked without her, that her supoort brought peace and assurance throughout the powerful experience of our baby boy's birth. We will be calling again;)
