Dr. Kumar decided to retire abruptly and cancelled my surgery that was 8 days away. The surgery had been planned for two months.
Had to see him for surgery after a colonoscopy. The office staff was nice enough. After surgery had real problems w/ BMs. Never had this problem in my life. Now i nearly need to wear a depends. The most embarrassing outcome i could imagine. Then i get a bill 2yrs later, March 2017 and cant get a hold of billing. Three numbers, two went to voice mail, the other just blank after ringing. I would have never chosen this Dr on my own, this was referred from the colonoscopy center. I will never see him again, ever!
Their office is not open when their message says they are. The address of their office is not correct listening to their message. They do not return calls. When I did get through I was put on hold while supposedly being transferred but hung up after 15 minutes of waiting. The doctor did not adequately explain the surgery recovery, he said it would be quick but did not give me exact details. I always get a message that I would get a call back from the scheduler for a needed surgery but I never do. Third time hearing this now.. and also hearing about this physician named Dr.Kumar from the reviews of past treatments I’d rather not. I would want to be properly sedated before having any treatments or surgeries. Really discouraged about this place.
