After having all 4 tires stolen off my car I had it towed directly to Dayton collision and they took care of it completely from there. They communicated with the insurance company directly, kept me updated with emails during the repairs, and my car was ready on time! Everyone there was so kind and helpful ! Britney was wonderful ! And my car was returned good as new! They were my lifesavers during an awful experience ! Forever grateful !
They cheated me together with the insurance company. I was told the repair estimate was around $2500. When I picked up my car, I was charged around $1500. I asked the estimator what have been changed. He said nothing changed. He lied to me. It was late afternoon when I picked up my car. The next day I noticed the car wasn't properly repaired.
