We had to come to this location for labs and imaging, we were met with kindness from the second we walked in the door, and throughout our whole visit. We were there less than an hour. Great experience!
Horrible experience both times. I’ve tried twice to get my son’s bloodwork done at this location and both times the receptionist and lab lady both seem to hate their job. Both times I’ve come in they have an issue with the order which I understand isn’t their fault but they were zero help trying to get a new order from the doctors office that has what they need on it. My 5 year old daughter has had to have 4 blood draws at this location, so you might think that I have to carry her in kicking and screaming because she knows exactly what is coming. However, Ami is a master phlebotomist and so kind and good at what she does that my daughter walks right on in and there are hardly any tears. Ami also went above and beyond to help me out when the wrong test was ordered by our doctor so that we didn't have to come back in.
We have to visit this location often for blood draws. Staff is always very nice. Visits are quick and easy. If there is ever a wait time, we are always informed and kept updated.
