Ami is the best pediatric phlebotomist I’ve dealt with between south campus, main campus and here. She is caring, kind and compassionate. She takes as much time as is needed to be sure each child is as comfortable as possible and goes the extra mile. You can tell she loves what she does. I won’t go anywhere else for future bloodwork for my daughter who is very scared of bloodwork. I can’t speak highly enough of how wonderful she is. She’s truly an asset to Dayton Children’s.
I brought my 1 year old in for a blood draw and we were so happy with our level of care. Amy went above and beyond. She was beyond charming. Amy pulled out all the stops with toys, bubbles and she even sang to my daughter. What a light! Thank you Amy!
