This place is horrible! The owner and his wife are crooks. All they do is prey upon people who have it hard already and use them for their money. There is a bunch of black mold, bed bugs, and horrible conditions of the apartments. They charge outrageous prices each and every week. You do not pay monthly, you will pay almost $300 a week. It is not worth it at all!!!!! Do not live here!!!!!!
This was the worst lodging experience I have ever had in my life. We reserved an apartment for Thursday, it wasn't ready until Friday which cost us $60 extra for that night in a motel. When we finally did get to check in, the place was dirty, there was visible grime and dirt in the tub/shower, the whole place smelled funny, but at least we were there. Late Friday night, we discovered that the bed frame was broken, and the couch was infested with bedbugs. Saturday we were told they would swap things out, but they couldn't do ... read more
Im a former employee of Dayton Apartel,not only did my boss charge the tenants too much for ungodly conditions,bedbugs,black mold,fire hazards due to poor wiring,he also took his employees pay and forced them to live on the property and work for a place to live.This man is a crook,he will take your money and if you complain about anything,you will be asked to move.If you are only one minute late paying rent he will charge you an outrageous late fee and try to kick you out illegally.Yes thats right he will threaten to fire hi... read more
