I have had several problems with this dealership:1 - Wait time for them to answer phone 20 min.2 - Wait time to get app is 2-3 weeks.3 - Return 3 times for same problem and still remains not repaired.4 - Refused to pay for $20 rental for dealer to keep car overnight so they could have another person look at it.5 - Corp customer service was no help as wellMy advice, stay clear of this dealership as well as Chrysler products. As for me....NEVER AGAIN

i felt that david g was extremelly helpful in me purchasing a vehicle ,with his knowlodge and help in my fear in purchasing the vehicle . he was exremelly helpful and i would recommend him to a friend that would be interested in purchassing a new or used vehile

My experience was amazing due to Oscar Lopez, he practically held my hand through the purchasing process and was extremely helpful in making sure I received the best deal possible. I would definately suggest when you come to Crown Nissan you ask for him for assistance !

Repeatedly took back vehicle for check engine light. Spent a lot of time and money and months later is it still not fixed. They do not know what the problem is and trashed my vehicle with fingerprints and scratches. I would never recommend.

I had a great experience purchasing my jeep. My salesperson was Jeff Catz and it was an easy transaction. I have purchased both of my wranglers from him and would purchase my next as well.

Bad service at this place would be an improvement. My husband had to tell the service manager three (3) times to look at something specific. He kept coming back to us with additional work that he would find, knowing that if we had put the work in to the car they would have found more and we would have had to go all the way to yet a THIRD engine on the piece of junk Durango. Finally he admitted that they could concievably find more issues. But not before denying the warranty on the first engine. If you dont believe this just ... read more

oh ,so special! nice,smart,fun & works hard for you! I love this place! Yee,haw! Well what can I say, The people @ & Dayton are so great! I love the family,their environment & ok,ok,everything! Yes, Dayton, I do need another 2 dollar bill! He,he,he TY- all so much! My heart & prayers go out to u all! Lov Diane xoxo ps. u look mar-va-lous!
