Estoy muy decepcionada de esta compañía. Mintieron en todo lo que afrecieron , mala calidad del producto, el servicio al cliente pécimo y la calidad de trabajo pésimo. No contestan llamadas . Lo que ofrecieron no llego las expectativas , lo único que genero fue una gran deuda . Honestamente no los recomiendo . Busquen otra compañía con más ética y profecionalismo .
Do not do business with this company!!!!! The owner of the company Jesus is nothing but a con man with a slick tongue that promises everything under the moon and stars to get you to sign for solar panels and landscaping and once you sign they never do the work and submit fraudulent documentation to get the banks to pay them for the work that never gets done. its been 3 months since we signed and have not heard back from Jesus Barreteron (owner) since they installed panels on my roof that are not functioning or set up with ep... read more
Over all bad service and customer care
Hired them to do a diagnostic on my system. Tech came out said it was a bad inverter and would be in touch for next steps. I had to be the one calling them for follow ups and they never call back after promising to follow up. Also inquired about a panel cleaning and said they would send someone out TWICE for quote but they never came. I finally had to reach out to another company to diagnose my system and turns out its a bad connection on my array, not an inverter issue.
