It's unfortunate that there's no option to give 0 stars. About a week ago, I called this office to ask if they accepted my insurance. I was told they did, but that I would need a referral from my doctor. I contacted my doctor's office right away, and they sent the referral as requested. I was then told I would receive a call within 24 hours to schedule my appointment once the referral was received. Three days passed, and I never received a call.
