I was hired by Dayspring as a construction laborer. They knew full well that i had no professional experience in construction. They still hired me. Knowing this, i was fired 3 days later for not knowing how to do the work. They also said that there would be training, and when i mentioned that the site manager told me he wasn't going to have me trained. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for a job.
As a former employee I witnessed many times walls being torn apart on the assembly line or brought back from job sites red tagged assembled incorrectly not to code or whatever it happened to be this company bought out my former company Armstrong lumber the loyalties at dayspring to their employees is a joke and I hope you choke on it Nathan
Framing was on point, great people to work with, all very professional and knowledgeable i would recommend this company to any business out there needed framing work done.
