My mother has been at Dayspring for over two years now. We are very pleased with her care. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. Management is easily accessible and communicates with the families. This is something we did not experience at other facilities.
The nurses or cna's refuse to answer the phones so you can talk with your loved one. You buy them a cell phone and it ends up stolen. Complain to Graham and you're ignored. Nothing of any value I've taken to my loved one has stayed... every last thing has been stolen.
