Dayspring provided excellent care for my cousin for the six months that she was there. I have had experiences with two different corporate-owned facilities. Although those facilities were "prettier" than Dayspring in Hollywood, there were problems with communication and staff turnover (including management). Conscientious owners on-site make a huge difference; my cousin received more individual attention and communication was seamless. Not a good place to work at..!!
Dayspring came recommended to me by a friend in the healthcare field. After experiencing two other local facilities with a more "corporate" environment I moved my mom to Dayspring, which was a more personal and intimate place. The owners excel in the area of genuine love and care for their residents, often going above and beyond. That just naturally flows down from them to the staff.
