Excellent service
This is one of the best Spa places I have been too. Their Facial was amazing and I am definitely coming back. I don’t understand the negative reviews because this place was worth it.
If I can give zero stars that exactly what this place deserve.I had a very disappointing experience with Lanya Day Spa before my appointment even took place. There was a misunderstanding regarding my booking, and instead of the customer service representative taking a moment to clarify the situation, she was dismissive, rude, and spoke to me in an aggressive tone. This service was very confusing. I purchased a Groupon voucher that was already paid for but at the desk they asked for an additional “&18 tax” which was not mentioned anywhere. Service was not polite either.
