Horrible experience! The manager is so rude and unprofessional. I questioned the pricing online vs in person and she did not appreciate that. The Groupon offer did not disclose any additional fees that she was trying to make me pay and she insisted I pay for the services before they even delivered. When I questioned that, she said that’s their policy…. I turned around and walked right out! Don’t waste your time!
Great spa. Inside it’s very cute with the plant decor. Did a couples hour massage and facial and feel great. The heated bed was a nice touch. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Lots of parking in the area and right at the downtown strip with great restaurants after you’ve relaxed. Def recommend.
They charge you when you schedule appointment, I called and cancel the very same day and they told me to get a refund thru my bank. Two months later and they charge again. They refused to give me my money back. I called several times, and Noone can answer my concerns.
