If I could give 0 stars then I would. I have had the worst experience buying a vehicle through Carnova. They seem so illegitimate, and I don’t know how they’re still in business. First I went back and forth driving to the dealership 4 different times to fill out paperwork and give my deposit check. I was being very helpful and understanding with everything taking as long as it did to get everything in order. I set up an appointment Sunday to test drive a car for today at 10am. I even messaged this morning to make sure it was ready to test drive today and the car was still stuck inside the building instead of outside. I drove an hour to come and test drive the car and it was still sitting inside the dealership. Then we were told it was a hassle to get the car out.
