Absolutely Incredible customer service. They helped my son and I find the perfect car for him. Safe and around his budget. All the paperwork and negotiation went smoothly and respectively. They treated us like people not like Dollar signs. I Would highly recommend this car dealership. In a couple of years, it will be my daughters turn and I know exactly where to go. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I paid for my car in full with the understanding that I would receive it within 7–10 days. Instead, it took over 3 weeks, and throughout the entire process I was given inaccurate timelines and poor communication regarding my registration and paperwork. I bought a car from this dealership, and my experience was very disappointing. First, the delivery process was terrible. They promised the car would be ready in 15 days, but it ended up taking almost two months. I had already left a review about that, and the dealership contacted me asking me to delete it. Avoid this dealer — Paid for a used van over a month ago and still have nothing I purchased a used van from Carnova with a deposit of [ 3k ]. They promised delivery and assured me everything was in order.
