Terrible customer service
Sorted out all the problems they went far beyond and more
Told me diagnosis was £80 on the phone, that’s why I booked here. Diagnosed my van and said my media unit will need a completely new unit for £640. No way i was paying that. They then charged me £187 for the diagnosis, which turned out to be wrong as my unit is now working fine, as is probably something simple such as a loose wire. Don’t bother.

This Ford dealer has always been more expensive than other dealers. Parts cost almost double the price of Bridgend Ford.
