Brenna and Brad have always given me sound advice regarding my mowers and whipper snippers. Brad’s always busy out the back but takes time if asked. Brenna is a bit abrupt at times but is always helpful when asked politely. Don’t confuse expediency with abruptness. You wouldn’t take your Toyota to a Rolls Royce mechanic, would you? Brad can only handle so many types of equipment. Day’s have a reputation for quality work, just ask the locals.
Got the part I needed but the woman that served made me feel like I had interrupted her routine and that she had more important things to do.
