We needed to replace my husband's wedding band and I found one on the site but it wasn't available in the correct size. I called and Kathy White was so helpful and special-ordered it in the proper size. When it came, she had tucked in a personal note and a few pieces of chocolate into the box as a thank-you. Talk about great customer service! And my husband loves his replacement ring, too!

I purchased a cross necklace and it is beautiful. I wear it everyday and have not had any issues with it. I will recommend Day's Jewelry to anyone looking for jewelry.

Today upon picking up a necklace that needed to be repaired, the final product wasn't quite what I had in mind. There is a good chance that I didn't communicate clearly as to what I wanted. That being said, Tony at the front desk had Lindsey, the goldsmith, take a look at it. In no time at all, she was able to fix it to exactly what I wanted.
