My favorite hotel in Alberta.
Service was great and clean. Nice to have a king suite with separate bedroom from sitting area and kitchenette. A good breakfast and close to major highway to get quickly to surrounding cities. The only minor issue is heat and cooling system was a bit loud at night though with noise canceling headphones, it was fine.
A place away from home. Lili and her staff accommodated my family and I for our stay and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Thank you to all the staff for such a great stay. Very clean hotel and great location. Highly recommend!
Checked out and immediately called and let them know that I left a box with a gift for my girlfriend. I knew I left the box I had only walked from the hotel to my truck. I forgot it on the table and meant to go back for it. Upon coming back they state there was nothing like it in the room although I know it was in there. It was a very short time frame between me leaving and calling as well as getting confirmation from the hotel they’ll make sure they don’t throw it out or lose it, to my absolute disbelief they say it wasn’t ... read more
