While the hotel room was clean and comfortable, the check in/check out process was awful. The only nice staff remember I encountered was the night shit man. During check in, the woman working took a personal phone call while dealing with ome on her personal phone. You can’t pay debit, they only accept cred cards which is not listed anywhere on thier website or booking.com. Simply will not return due to staff unprofessionalism.
Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.
Thanks a lot!
