They failed to clean the rooms daily like they are suppose to, A/C couldn’t even get cold, there was ants in the room, they never brought towels, rags, and tissue to the room but have the audacity to charge me $400 after I checked out saying for damages and I had just left some trash that was bagged up. I called them numerous of times and couldn’t get them to answer asking why they took that much out and cleaning fee shouldn’t even be that much if that was the case. I will never ever book a room at this HELL HOLE again. I reserved a room through booking.com which said it was pet friendly so I reserve a room for 3 adults and 2 dogs. I get there check in start unloading my things and the manager I guess tells me my pets can't stay free, That I lied about my dogs, but when I made the reservation I plainly marked traveling with pets.
