My room was not clean cobwebs on my lampshade look behind the bathroom doors they need to be close awesome
This was my first time being able to get to Lake Okeechobee after wanting to see the lake since I was a young little dude and it did not disappoint! as an avid fisherman I NEEDED to see this body of water! The only part that I was bummed about was that the pier was off limits, that would have been an Excellent experience for me! I will have to stay in touch and see when that is resolved. The staff was very accommodating and helped make my experience one that I soon won’t forget!!
I gave this place a 1 because a zero wasn’t an option. I’ve stayed here before but I’ve never seen it in such disrepair. The morning food layout was a joke. The rooms are literally falling apart. The bar is closed…. maybe permanently. I’m shocked the chain hasn’t shut this place down or sold it to get the company name off the building.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a scam disguised as a hotel. We didn’t even stay the night, yet they charged my card anyway and refused a refund—while lying and claiming we stayed. The parking lot was practically deserted, and when you step inside one of the rooms, you’ll immediately know why: run-down, filthy, and depressing. The staff?
