There is a no smoking policy. There was cigarette smoke in the hallway on our floor. The hall carpet dirty. Evidence of smoking with theats of fines for smoking. The desk person was aware. He had airfreshener he gave me for my non-smoking room and walked down the hall to get it back. It was a health hazard for myself.
This is a complaint....not sure why front desk would allow someone to get a room on someone else's debit card when they don't have the card in hand and it's not under their name.....when I'm 160 miles away...and funny why it takes 4 months to reply to a complaint...a company that legit replys the next day not 4 months after.... management is bogus
I was chased by a mouse in my room! Never again!
Hotel is in deplorable shape. Garbage around the outside of building. Rooms are smelly dirty filthy floors and cobwebs and spiders. Bugs found in the bed sheets. Blood stains on walls in bathroom. Wallpaper falling off walls. Front desk person gave us a different room, which was worse. We left and received a refund. Front desk person was mad and angry we complained. Do not stay here.
