I came in Wednesday morning, at about 1 am after being stuck behind a 2 hour delay, due to semi-truck pile up, outside of Gallup at the state border with additional slow driving over a snow packed 191, through blowing snow. Was so happy to finally get to sleep. The owners acted like my coming in, willing to pay for a room was some kind of inconvenience. Made it to my weld test just fine, passed and what not and then found out orientation was not going to be until the following week. So I would require a refund. They tried to... read more

There's no reason for this hotel to be so filthy rundown such as it is. The staff are so incredibly nice, but apparently they have no employees that know how to properly clean. I would not stay here again until I knew that Department of Health and OSHA have inspected this place and passed it. There was hair in the bathtub and the sheets were ripped, the floor was so dirty that I had to wear shoes to get to the bathroom.
