The great workers behind the desk makes this get a 5 . I also did not notice any loose hair in bathroom. Other hotels it was more obvious.
I feel we really got lucky picking this place during the Sturgis rally week. It’s an older and cheaper feeling motel but the staff is knocking it out of the park regarding hospitality. We got friendly chats and smiles, a rag and hose for cleaning bugs off the bikes, a decent continental breakfast, good coffee, and evening receptions with cookies, pies, soup, and chili.
