Front desk is always accommodating. Free bike wash
So glad we stayed here. We were here during Sturgis bike week and the hotel was incredibly friendly and well kept. They had thoughtful amenities like homemade soups and desserts in the break room for guests, they had a bike wash with towels. I don't think I've had an experience like this at a chain hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Days Inn wouldn’t usually be my first pick, but we booked last-minute for Sturgis and didn’t have many options. Turns out, it was a great surprise! The room was huge, super clean, and really comfortable. The front desk staff were awesome — they even gave us a ground-level room with a walk-out near our trailer so we could keep an eye on it, without us even asking. The whole place felt safe, quiet, and well-maintained. No sketchy activity, no noise issues — just a great stay all around. Would absolutely stay here again.
Washing machine did not work. But, staff were helpful, professional and friendly I loved meeting Bob the house kitty! Pancake breakfast was wonderful and overall this was perfect for us!
