Upon arrival, we couldn’t enter our room due to the battery of the lock on the door being dead, however the front desk attendant was very helpful and was able to assist us into our room almost immediately. The rooms were pretty decent and clean for the most part. A huge stain on the comforter, but nothing major beyond that. I was however very disappointed that they do not honor their loyalty program benefits. I am a Gold member and wanted to take advantage of my perks of being one and asked for a 1pm check out. Check-in was efficient and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Room door parking to offload & load luggage is a huge bonus. On the downside… areas needing attention were lights switches, baseboards, under the sink area and doors & doorjambs. Bathrooms desperately need updating but are functional. On the upside .. the room was spacious and had good wifi. Heat worked fine. The bed was super comfy with crisp clean linens. We had such a wonderful sleep. Terrible excuse for breakfast. 3 pieces of stale dried bread. No bagels. No fruit. Nothing hot except the coffee.
