Generally,price of hotel at the Middletown is a little less them downtown Newport,, that is a main reason I choose the one at Middletown.. room is clean..
Staff was friendly and efficient Room was clean Beds were comfortable Quiet place Breakfast was not just continental. They offer boiled eggs. No meat tho. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.
A decent stay and more affordable than most. New bathroom upgrades too . A frig and microwave!! The breakfast is scant but it's free. I'm not sure why a dehumidifier is in the room because the AC worked well Some areas could be cleaned better , housekeeping seems minimal I think these hotels should charge for extra guests and children because couples are paying the same as big families and it's not fair Management seems nice
