We had the absolute worst experience with this hotel. We had reservations for two rooms at this hotel on Friday, June 20th as a stop-over during a road trip. We had made the reservations online well in advance through the Wyndham website. We arrive at 8pm, and the hotel was completely closed down - not operational. I dropped some relatives off here and the first room they gave it was already occupied, the 2nd room the tv didn’t work and the third room the a/c smelled like mold and we tried to get our deposit back but the owners screamed and yelled at my relatives and they refused their deposit back and told us we had to call 3rd party company to get our money back. This place is a dump, smells like cigarettes, mold etc.

ITS FUNNY HOW NOW THE SITE SHOWS THE HOTEL IS CLOSED BUT LAST WEEK IT WAS SHOWING YOU COULD BOOK THIS HOTEL AND I DID AND WAS CHARGED A FEE FOR CANCELLING THE BOOKING ONCE WE ARRIVED AND SAW IT WAS CLOSED. FRAUD! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB.
